Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an interim Operations Manager/Director in Sheffield to oversee daily operations across manufacturing, engineering, distribution and installation, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of around 60 people, recruit and develop staff, implement an ERP system upgrade, and establish KPIs to drive performance while improving costs, quality and delivery.
