Responsibilities include organizing and supervising the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring quality service. You will oversee food preparation, cooking, and service, maintaining standards and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and management through your team
  • Previous contract catering experience required
  • Motivate and communicate effectively with management and staff
  • Ensure food safety and health and safety procedures are followed
  • Maintain regular communication with clients
  • Implement action plans based on customer feedback
  • Promote the unit and represent Compass Group positively
  • Manage stakeholders internally and externally
  • Deliver excellent client hospitality and seek improvement opportunities
  • Innovate and bring flair to the service
  • Operate within budget, monitor trends, and take corrective actions when needed
  • Meet all customer requirements and expectations
