OneCall24 Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager - Complex Care to join our growing team!

If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and are ready to lead and innovate a dedicated team of Community Care Leads, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As an Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing a caseload of complex care packages, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

Role: Operations Manager - Complex Care (Hybrid)

Location: North West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Wolverhampton)

Salary: TBC

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring excellent levels of service delivery
  2. Leadership and development of Community Care Lead team
  3. Performance Management - set and achieve KPI's, conduct performance reviews, and manage team performance.
  4. Ensure operational excellence, overseeing daily operations and key processes
  5. Financial performance, to align with and exceed budget requirements
  6. Developing and maintaining long standing relationships, with internal and external stakeholders
  7. Efficient mobilisation and onboarding of new business, in conjunction with the clinical and wider operational teams
  8. Collaborative working with clinical, wider operational and business development teams
  9. Continuous quality improvement, to align with our quality agenda
