Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance and act as a key point of contact within the CRCTU for academics and professional services staff in relation to a wide range of operational activities.
• Provide effective leadership and management of members of the Business Support Team, monitoring workloads, capacity and development needs.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting, monitor expenditure, and provide financial reports to the Unit's Directors.
• Support recruitment processes and HR activities within the CRCTU, ensuring adherence to university policies.
