Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: North East / County Durham
Salary: £65,000
Working Hours: Full-Time

Service Users: Children and Young People (YPs)

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and oversee multiple services across the North East region. You will be reporting to the Divisional Director and will be responsible for providing line management, support, and guidance to a team of Registered Managers. You will help drive quality improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet financial and operational targets. The role requires someone with strong leadership abilities, a focus on quality and customer service, and experience in managing multi-site operations in a highly regulated environment.
