Job Description:

The Wave Team has considerable experience in managing community leisure facilities, including leisure centres (wet and dry), dual use sites (e.g., schools and colleges), and running sport and physical activity programmes both indoor and outdoor.

This role is key to providing a friendly, safe, and efficient service to all customers at the leisure centre. The post holder must be an inspirational role model, leading and motivating teams to deliver excellence in all operational areas.
