Operations Manager (Care Homes)

Up to £60,000 per year + monthly car allowance + PRP

I am working with a fabulous family-owned care home company to help them find an Experienced Operations Manager due to their immediate expansion in Norfolk. They have ambitious plans for the future and will be investing £15M in nursing/residential homes in the area.

In this post you will:

  • Ensure that the care homes are compliant with regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality care and environment for residents
  • Ensure financial and business objectives are being met
  • Provide strong leadership, support, and mentoring that will be instrumental in driving the success of the homes and aligning its operations with the company vision and values

For this great role you must have:

  • Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence
  • NMC registered nurse is desirable but not essential
