We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead the Delivery teams at our Bristol Cardiff and Plymouth Depots. Our Delivery teams cover the posting, cleaning, and maintenance of advertising units across their respective areas, as well as some Construction activities. To take on this exciting opportunity we offer a highly competitive salary of up to £56,000 per annum, flexible working hours around the commitments of the role and a whole host of company benefits
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Operations Manager you’ll have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the depots and will be required to regularly travel to our Bristol, Plymouth and Cardiff depots to ensure performance and compliance requirements are delivered. This includes leading the teams and coordinating all operational activities across the regions. Your role is to set and maintain the company’s standards, to be forward thinking and look at opportunities for improvement both within our branches and across the wider Delivery Department.
