Responsibilities
  • Run the show, daily: deliver smooth operations across hotel; rooms, breakfast and guest services, keeping standards high and reviews glowing. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost effective way
  • Assist the General Manager: creating and delivering hotel business objectives, improve operational management systems, processes and best practices on a continuous basis
  • Recruit & train your team: hire brilliantly, build clear training plans, coach for confidence, and keep everyone engaged and performing.
  • Own the guest journey: Be a visible, hands on presence thoughout your hotel, assisting team members and guests where required, form pre-arrival to fond farewell - anticipate needs, fix issues fast, and turn good stays into great stories.
  • Plan & prioritise: rota smartly, manage stock and suppliers, and keep the building guest-ready, safe and compliant.
