Essential

• Would suit someone who has been onboard submarines as an engineer, or a manager or a Class 1 officer
• Needs to be able to grasp the operation quickly so they are up and running.
• Needs to have a fair bit of experience in operations management
• Need to understand stock control, contract management, ensuring all milestones are met, standards being maintained, service surveillance.
• Operations centre around complex weapons. and Operations manager will need to look at how they support and manage those weapons in service.
• Looking for someone with a defence background
