About the Role

Our Operations Managers play a key role in executing our strategic goals and are responsible for the leadership and profitability of our online store, food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. They ensure operational standards are maintained at the highest level, fostering a high-performance team culture. The successful candidate will be passionate about our strategy, purpose, and customers, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for both in-store and online customers.

As part of the leadership team, you will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. You may be required to oversee the store alone at times, so confidence in managing all aspects of store operations is essential.

About You

You should have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to execute plans effectively are crucial.

You will possess an engaging leadership style, be a strong coach and mentor, and have excellent communication skills. Your ability to influence at all levels and adapt your approach to your audience will be vital.
