Job description

Operations Manager Role at KOKI Group UK Ltd

As the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team at KOKI Group UK Ltd, the UK distributor of Metabo and HiKOKI power tools. You will oversee the warehouse and service departments, playing a vital role in driving the organization's growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the effective, efficient, safe, and clean operation of the warehouse and service departments for both the Metabo and HiKOKI brands, directly influencing monthly sales targets.
  2. Manage the warehouse team (five members) and service team (three members), including performance monitoring and development support.
  3. Serve as the Health & Safety Officer for both companies, maintaining high safety standards.
  4. Oversee main contracts related to warehouse operations, logistics, waste management, and recycling.
  5. Manage relationships with third-party inventory storage providers.
  6. Ensure inventory records' accuracy and comply with periodic activity requirements of the finance IT system.
  7. Require at least three years of experience in a similar role.
  8. Proficient in IT, including WMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  9. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and outsourced resources.
  10. Demonstrate strong commercial and business awareness.
  11. Be self-motivated, capable of decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking.
  12. Show adaptability, initiative, and resilience.
  13. Be a team player with robust problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills

Previous experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus but not essential.
