The Job Role
  • Operations Manager to oversee 14+ Education contracts.
  • Manage 2 direct reports.
  • Ensure a high standard of food quality at all sites.
  • Train, motivate, manage, and develop your team to maximise talent.
  • Manage client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
The Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager managing at least 10 contracts.
  • Background in contract catering is essential.
  • A self-starter with a passion for people development.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to lead and engage support teams and unit managers effectively.
