Rolls-Royce plc in Bristol is seeking a Quality Manager within our Defence Manufacturing team, focusing on new manufacture of JSF LiftSystem components and repair activities. The role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with strong quality experience.
You will work with Production Leadership to ensure compliance, deploy 8D problem solving, manage DASOR/MEDA/MARS, and embed quality tools into daily operations while linking to the Rolls-Royce Production System.
