Durdle Door Holiday Park offers a unique and breathtaking location for its caravan owners and guests on the Jurassic coast. The park provides camping, touring, glamping, and luxury holiday homes both for hire and sales.

We are currently seeking a candidate with experience in operations within a busy holiday caravan park background - are you ready for your next challenge?

Durdle Door Caravan Park is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations encompassing all service areas, ensuring the highest standards of park presentation, maintenance, health & safety, and compliance. Reporting to the park general manager, this leadership role will involve managing maintenance, grounds, and security teams, along with overseeing contractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient operational environment whilst maximizing revenue streams and identifying areas of opportunity.

Main Duties
  1. Site operations and standards
  2. Review contractors' practices
  3. Team management and leadership
  4. Health & safety compliance and record keeping
  5. Planned and proactive maintenance
  6. Facilities and infrastructure management
  7. Guest experience and customer service
  8. Operational coordination and compliance

Full-time permanent role based on 40 hours over 5 days - some weekend working.
