Job description

FIM (Fulcrum Infrastructure Management) is a management services company managing social infrastructure assets for its parent company, Meridiam.

Our LIFTCo team manages 17 buildings in the North West and 18 in London. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Warrington.

The Role

In this role, you will oversee daily operations and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across departments. You will work with senior management to assess processes, identify improvements, and execute solutions aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You will ensure operational goals are met while maintaining high service standards. Experience in healthcare is not required but desirable; however, experience in operations management, facilities management, or similar roles is essential. Knowledge of health and safety, contractor management, contracts, and PFI/PPP arrangements is important. You should be analytical, data-driven, and capable of reporting to senior stakeholders.
