  • You will lead and inspire cross-functional teams across Production, Laboratory Services, Site Services, and Logistics to deliver high-quality products and services—on time and within budget
  • In thi role you will drive performance excellence by developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, proactively addressing any deviations to ensure operational success
  • Own the operational budget, managing costs across staffing, materials, logistics, and maintenance—constantly seeking opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains
  • Support strategic planning by providing accurate sales forecasts through data-driven insights from KPI dashboards.
    Build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and career development within EffecTech and the wider Linde Group
  • Further, you will collaborate with the innovation team to shape business cases for new analytical instrumentation and unlock new market opportunities
  • Cultivate strong supplier partnerships, building lasting relationships that support operational excellence and innovation

  • A degree in a science or engineering discipline, with several years of technical and commercial experience in the natural gas, LNG, or broader energy sectors is essential for this role
