The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to step in and support during a period of team transition. This role has come about following a resource gap, and is focused on keeping the business running smoothly while enabling continued growth.

You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team, covering a broad mix of internal operations and delivery support, potentially including:

  • Supporting day-to-day commercial operations
  • Coordinating client onboarding, renewals, and reporting
  • Overseeing compliance documentation and contract workflows
  • Helping to ensure smooth running of internal systems and processes
