Join an established FMCG business as Operations Manager! You’ll need to be influential as you lead the drive and drive excellence across the site!

Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join an established FMCG business! Our client is seeking an ambitious and dynamic leader to drive OpEx and CI strategies at their site.

The role focuses on leading teams, driving Excellence, and fostering a positive culture within the factory. You will need to be an influential leader to make this role a success, offering coaching and mentorship to the team whilst identifying growth opportunities for team members who show promise.

Our client is seeking an ambitious leader with gravitas to be the number 2 on site, with the potential to advance to Site Director within 3-5 years. If you are ready to earn the respect of a dedicated team and deputise for the Site Director, this could be the career move you’ve been waiting for.

Ideally you should have FMCG experience and prior experience at Operations Manager / site leadership level.
