We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our client, a hybrid startup located in Liverpool street. Startup experience is ideal!

Operations Manager

We're an early-stage, well-funded startup that has grown 10X in the last year, with a million users a month. We now need a sharp operator to help us maintain this momentum. You'll be our first Ops hire and will work closely with the three founders to build the foundational teams in people, finance, and office management that will support our product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  1. People Ops: Oversee recruiting pipelines, onboarding, payroll, contracts, and compliance.
  2. Strategy: Analyze data and create dashboards to guide company decisions.
  3. Finance: Manage daily bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, FP&A, and cash-flow forecasting; coordinate with external accountants and investors.
  4. Process & Compliance: Design scalable processes, maintain policies, and ensure accessibility.
  5. Office & Equipment: Manage office operations and equipment.
Requirements
