We are working with a leading manufacturing business known for quality, innovation, and growth. They are now looking to appoint a proactive, people-first Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help drive growth while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

You will report to a forward-thinking Leadership team and lead the Operations teams across production, engineering, and warehousing. This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy and the opportunity to influence change. You will champion performance, process improvements, team development, and support exciting projects.

The Operations Manager will be involved in:

• Overseeing the operations across production, warehouse, and engineering departments
• Achieving daily production plans to maintain 100% service level
• Driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Overseeing compliance, reporting, and KPI delivery across all departments
• Leading and developing a diverse team while managing retention and engagement

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in food or FMCG manufacturing
• At least 5 years in a senior operations role such as Production Manager, Operations Manager, or Factory Manager
• Strong data, planning, and systems knowledge with commercial acumen
• HACCP trained and certified
