Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a hands-on manufacturing/engineering team on the shop floor. You will own day-to-day operations, drive performance and build a culture of accountability and collaboration.

The role focuses on delivering on-time production, applying lean methods and engaging your people on continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to set objectives, monitor KPIs and implement practical solutions that raise
