Job summary

Ethan James Group is seeking an Operations Manager (mechanically biased) to lead delivery of multiple mechanical projects along the South Coast, with responsibility for programme, budget and quality. You will line-manage the PM team, develop junior staff and act as primary client contact, ensuring exceptional outcomes across Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors.

Operations Manager (Mechanically biased)

Join a Growing Building Services Contractor on the South Coast.

Due to continued growth and success, we're looking for a driven and project delivery focused Operations Manager to join an expanding team on the South Coast. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the leadership team and take ownership of the project delivery function.

You'll be joining a company with an excellent reputation for quality, collaboration and long-term client relationships and this role is integral to continuing that.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of leading the delivery of multiple mechanical projects through to completion, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards. Projects vary across the South Coast and surrounding areas up to London, and encompass Healthcare, Schools, Commercial, Office environments.

Key to the success of this role will be the leadership of the team of Project Managers that report into this position, providing support, direction and development both as a collective team and individually. You will also be the escalation point both internally and externally for clients in resolving any potential issues.
