Job Title: Operations Manager (Power Generation)

£55,000 – £57,000 Basic + Vehicle + Package + Progression + Enhanced Pension + Private Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Operations department
• Delivery and coordination of Service Schedules
• Working on various Energy Centre services projects
• Overseeing operations, maintenance, and installation of CHP systems
• Ensuring service delivery for completed projects
• Monday to Friday role

Background Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Manager, Critical Infrastructure Maintenance, Senior Engineer, or similar
• Familiarity with the Power Generation sector (CHP, Marine, BEES)
• Strong knowledge of CHP systems (gas or diesel)
• X-Forces considered – NAVY & REME
• Engineering qualifications or equivalent experience (NVQ, HNC, etc.)
