Job Title: Operations Manager Driveline Assembly and Remanufacturing Hub Ken
Location: South East, Kent, UK
Responsible To: Managing Director
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:15-17:00 / Friday 08:30-16:00
Interview Process: Interviews will take place initially over Teams, then at an offsite office, and finally at offices. 3 stage interview to include Psychometric testing.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our Service Department, responsible for delivering driveline components and assemblies to agreed quality, delivery, and cost targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on operational excellence, customer interface, and the application of lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Operations Manager will possess strategic thinking capabilities and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
