Gooseacre Primary Academy within Astrea Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead finance, HR, administration, estates and compliance. You will work closely with the Principal and central Trust services to ensure a safe, compliant, well‑managed environment where children can thrive.
You will oversee HR and finance matters, act as a liaison with central teams, and drive process improvements across the school.
Salary: £27,302 - £31,193 actual salary
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Plus 2 Weeks (40 Weeks)

As the academy's lead for HR and finance matters, and the main liaison between the school and central Trust teams, you will oversee a diverse range of operational responsibilities.
