Job Description:

We’re looking for a hyper-organised, detail-driven, and tech-savvy Program Operations Manager to join our team and help us flawlessly deliver our innovative Independent Medical Education (IME) programs. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, loves managing exciting projects, and wants to make a real impact on global healthcare.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project and event management: Set up and coordinate global education programs in project management software, maintaining meticulous timelines and trackers.
  • Faculty research & coordination: Identify and research potential speakers, manage outreach, and schedule them to participate.
  • Event setup: Configure live and on-demand events on our internal platforms, ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day.
  • Accreditation management: Collect and submit required documentation (speaker disclosures, CVs, slides, agreements, activity details) to accrediting bodies.
  • Content & assessment support: Coordinate faculty materials, collect assessment questions, and input learning activities into our software.
  • Data collection & reporting: Track participation, collate results, and contribute to detailed program reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process improvement: Use AI and digital tools to streamline operations, identify efficiencies, and improve program delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (scientific, finance, account management) to ensure flawless program execution.

Your experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in event or project management; experience in CME/IME program management is a plus but not essential if you are organised and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with project management software and productivity tools.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and keep complex initiatives on track.
  • Familiarity with accreditation processes in medical education or eagerness to learn.
  • Tech-savvy, open to using AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
