As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing the performance of all maintenance and service-related operational obligations for different sites
2. Communicate issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner
3. Liaise with head of operations over budget management for the account
4. Production of performance reports
5. Undertake audits of medical equipment
