About the Role

Our Operations Managers are essential to executing our strategy and are responsible for the leadership and profitability of our online operation, food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure high operational standards, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for in-store and online customers.

This role involves working a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. As part of the duty management team, you may be solely responsible for the store at times, requiring confidence in overseeing all operations.

You should have proven leadership experience with diverse teams, delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, attention to detail, and effective plan execution are essential. You should have an engaging leadership style, be a strong coach and mentor, and influence at all levels.
