Operations Manager

Join a leading family-run business in the UK. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our clients dynamic team. This role is based in Norwich and involves occasional travel across the UK.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead and develop the operations team, which includes three Operations Administrators, three Regional Field Managers, a Customer Service Supervisor, and 20 Operational staff.
  • Drive operational excellence across all sites, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Manage and improve KPIs, oversee operational audits, and lead operational change projects.
  • Handle procurement processes, manage site-level operational budgets, and oversee key cost areas such as maintenance, services, and equipment.
  • Ensure tariff changes are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong operational leadership experience in a multi-site, customer-facing environment such as parking, retail, logistics, or facilities management.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar operations role, with experience managing multiple operational sites and field-based teams.
  • Practical understanding of UK health & safety requirements, employment law, and HR processes.
  • Proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
