Chestnut Lodge care home is our most recently refurbished home, and is looking for a friendly people-person to join their team and be the front face of the home as Operations Manager!

The Operations Manager is a varied role that is vital to the smooth running of the home. It requires energy, enthusiasm, and a great personality!

About The Home

Chestnut Lodge is a 45 bedded modern care home split across 3 floors, with well looked after grounds and large communal areas for our service users to enjoy.

Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

About The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be coordinating a range of tasks, and managing the administration side of the home to ensure it is running as efficiently as possible. The role has variety, but with heavy focus on rota management, audits, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Complete and manage staff rotas and daily staffing report including hours worked, sickness, holidays etc
  • Liaise with human resources department regarding new starters and their induction programme/ training modules
  • Ensure completion of all audits relevant to the operational and health and safety aspects of the service
  • Take responsibility for day to day improvements, repairs and cleanliness of the home, liaising with the maintenance team and cleaners accordingly
Qualifications
  • Full training will be provided, but the following would be beneficial:
  • Previous rota management
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clear understanding and practice of GDPR and confidentiality
