Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead the mobilisation and interim maintenance services for HMRC's new flagship site at Pilgrim Quarter, Newcastle upon Tyne. This role is central to ensuring the site is ready for key commissioning milestones, with clear operational frameworks in place to support engineering, cleaning, and asset management services. The Operations Manager will guide the mobilisation structure, oversee the implementation of Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), and support the integration of assets into HMRC's systems.
