  • Title: Operations Manager V
  • Location: Remote (Preferred EST)
  • Contract Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
  • Start Date: May 12, 2025
  • Rate: $93/hr on w2

OVERVIEW:

  • The Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations (MSP&O) team is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support Scaled Business Marketing operations. The focus will be on program managing complex cross-functional workstreams, optimizing org processes and tools, and executing against operational excellence goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage cross-functional marketing workstreams.
  2. Improve and scale business marketing operations, tools, and processes.
  3. Drive goal tracking, target setting, and performance reviews.
  4. Collaborate closely with senior leadership including VP-level stakeholders.
  5. Implement process streamlining and support project delivery across the Scaled Business Marketing team.

Team & Scope:

  1. Supporting a team of 5.
  2. Plays a key role across a large part of the organization.
  3. Works closely with the VP and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Opportunity to take on net-new, high-impact projects.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Executive communications – proven ability to work directly with senior leadership

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in Management Consulting
  • Background in Performance-based or Channel Marketing
  • Prior experience with Big Tech Companies

Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in operations, marketing, project/program management, or equivalent
  2. Demonstrated experience with:
    1. Marketing functions and GTM strategies
    2. Leading multi-functional business rhythms and performance reviews
    3. Project management under tight deadlines
    4. Navigating complex, matrixed organizations

Bachelor’s degree required
