Augean is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Waste Recovery Park in Port Clarence, Middlesbrough.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing daily site operations to meet performance targets
• Overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Leading teams, planning workflows, and optimising processes
• Acting as Deputy Site Manager when required

What we want from you:

• NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualification
• Leadership experience in a process or waste environment
• Strong technical knowledge of waste processing and regulations
