Our client is looking for an ambitious Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering the best for our customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure that happens.

What You’ll Do

As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving forward the operational performance of the factory and ensuring the team always deliver great customer service.
• Managing all operational activities, including providing operational excellence, developing, and implementing operational plans, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Developing continuous improvement initiatives, driving cost reductions, and streamlining processes for efficiency.
• Managing the Manufacturing and Hygiene departments to ensure all plant operates efficiently.
• Reporting and managing KPIs, and promoting a culture of cost reduction while improving product quality, customer service, and operational capability.

What We Need From You

We are seeking someone with:

• Operations leadership experience in a results-driven, fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• A proven track record of delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience developing and implementing operational plans.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations compliance.
