Job description

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company with an enviable reputation in London, working on a range of commercial, education, and residential projects. Their focus is within the externals element of the build, with a large number of interesting projects live on site now in the North West. Therefore, they are now looking to establish a permanent North West Base.

The focus here will initially be high-rise and multi-unit façade remediation works and cladding replacement, but they do have the capability and previous experience of full project delivery. They are looking for an Operations Manager to help grow the region. This will involve managing and growing existing client relationships as well as helping to grow the portfolio with new client introductions. Another key element to the role is establishing a strong supply chain network in the North West.

In order to be considered for the role, ideally, you will have large main contractor or tier 1 experience. Experience of managing externals/facade packages is also essential, either as a specialist contractor or as part of the full build programme. You must have operated at a senior level in the business and be able to demonstrate client relationship management and implementation of strategy.

This is a unique prospect to really make a region your own and recruit your own team underneath you, whilst having full support and backing from the team in London. For more details, please contact Caroline Oberma at Intro Recruitment Group.
