Role Overview:

Huguenots is seeking an accomplished and exceptionally organised Operations Manager to join its Strategic Partnerships and Service Delivery team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our services for our asset management clients, ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards and are completed on time.

You will be the operational heartbeat of the team — tracking progress, ensuring smooth running of processes, managing communication, and enforcing excellence. Your influence will be felt across all client engagements, both internally and externally.

You will have significant visibility within the organisation from day one, working directly with the Managing Director and Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight & Delivery
  • Own and oversee the processes that drive our full lifecycle of client deliverables.
  • Coordinate the Client Services team's workload to ensure timely, quality outputs across all client projects.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and workflows for greater efficiency and consistency.
  • Internal Leadership & Team Support
  • Set and uphold high operational and service standards, instilling discipline and structure within the team.
  • Monitor team capacity and reallocate resources where needed to meet priorities.
  • Be a mentor and model of excellence — part army officer, part maître d’.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key point of contact for our large bank of existing clients, ensuring professional and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, software engineering, product development etc.) to align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery or quality.
  • Process & Quality Assurance
  • Develop and implement tracking and reporting tools for the management of deliverables.
  • Establish clear documentation, standards, and routines to ensure repeatability and accountability.


About You:

  • Experience
  • 8+ years in an operations, client services, or investor services management role — preferably in financial services, software, marketing, digital production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven work for discerning clients.
  • Skills & Traits
  • Impeccably organised, with a strong eye for detail and process.
  • Excellent communicator — able to build trust and confidence with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Confident decision-maker with a calm, authoritative presence.
  • High personal standards, and the ability to lift the performance of those around you.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to work on-site in Bank, London, five days per week.
