Role Overview

Are you someone who lights up a room and turns everyday tasks into exciting challenges? As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the secret ingredient that keeps our team energized. You’ll lead, innovate, and ensure our operations run smoothly, all while maintaining a vibrant, fun, and inclusive culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Championing Operational Brilliance: Streamline daily operations with flair, optimizing processes to reflect our high standards and friendly vibe.
  2. Empowering Our Team: Mentor, motivate, and build an environment where fun and productivity go hand in hand, making everyone feel they belong.
  3. Driving Financial Success: Oversee budgets and identify opportunities for profitable growth, while prioritizing our team-first ethos.
  4. Upholding Safety & Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are met, creating a secure environment for staff and customers.
  5. Enhancing the Customer Journey: Work with the team to craft memorable experiences and continuously improve service excellence.
  6. Sparking Innovation: Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm and implement new initiatives, elevating our shops.
Who You Are
  • Experienced & Passionate: You have solid operational or management experience, preferably in specialty coffee, and a drive to innovate.
  • A True Team Player: Charismatic and positive, believing fun and productivity are complementary.
  • Detail-Oriented & Strategic: Skilled in problem-solving and process optimization, with a focus on the human element.
  • Numbers & People Person: Comfortable with financial oversight and inspiring others.
  • Coffee Connoisseur: A genuine love for coffee that resonates with our team and guests.
