PURPOSE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as an Operations Manager. This is a full-time position based in London. The role is crucial in supporting WPP's mission to ensure consistency, delivery excellence, and top-tier service for Amazon across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Operations Director in the operational success of the client account, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
  • Support client transformation initiatives in EMEA, focusing on automation and simplification.
  • Assist in system development and migration projects.
  • Implement and govern efficient ways of working.
  • Manage daily workload and business tasks within the Operations team, including process documentation and data management.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Lead to provide documentation and process clarity.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (Tech, Buying, Planning, Finance, Media) to ensure timely and efficient plan implementations.
  • Manage monthly finance processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Operational experience and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and process development experience.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage upward.
  • Media background and understanding of agency functions preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for relationship building.
