Anchored by the iconic glass barrel-vaulted roofs of the Grand and National Halls, the new 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi-screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000-capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, as well as restaurants, shops, cafés, and office and co-working spaces.

Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a lobby lounge. Additionally, there will be 3 meeting rooms and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.

The role

As Operations Manager, you will report to the General Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of the hotel. • Maintain the highest levels of quality, cleanliness, and ambiance across rooms, dining venues, and public spaces.
  • Oversee the implementation of action plans derived from guest satisfaction (HySat) and colleague engagement surveys.
  • Support business planning and revenue strategies, balancing financial goals with service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, while maintaining a well-run operation.
  • Actively seek innovation, luxury trends, and market opportunities to ensure our operations remain competitive and distinctive.
  • Support the General Manager in shaping a bold vision for the property and delivering an unforgettable guest experience, every time.
  • Be a visible leader, promoting team engagement and a positive work environment.
