Job description

Operations Manager required for a well-established, super successful and fast expanding Serviced Office Group in the City. An exciting and all-encompassing Operations Manager role where you will be given excellent training in order to really make the role your own and make a difference!

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager who is hungry for success, is career driven, and is willing to really add value.

An initial temp-perm role, they require someone who is happy to work five days a week, offering additional hours where required, as you will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Management Team.

As an Operations Manager you will be getting involved in HR, Recruitment, IT, Facilities, and Operations, working to support key back-office functions of the business with hands-on experience.

They are looking for someone with broad experience who is a well-rounded individual and can adapt to different business systems, cultures, challenges, and characteristics of peers at work. You will have the ability to work effectively under pressure and be able to showcase resilience by staying calm and maintaining composure in varying situations. Management experience is also essential, along with a “hands on” and “get stuck in” approach!

Daily remit:

  • Documentation - Candidates must have high attention to detail with consistency of detail and professional output across all work documents reflecting on high standards and brand guidelines
  • Supplier Management - Experienced in dealing with a breadth of suppliers with gravitas and credibility to ensure service delivery, as well as the ability to analyse terms and conditions and financial information around contracts
  • Organisation Skills - Managing potentially complex workflows, multi-tasking abilities and time management
  • Clear and Confident Verbal and Written Skills - Clear communication between line managers and team, as well as strong written skills across emails and documents etc.
  • Prioritisation and Planning Skills - Efficient use of time and resource, meeting operational deadlines planned effectively with the ability to adapt and re-plan direction and focus swiftly where relevant
  • Budget Control - Must have financial awareness and ability to deal with and keep track of operational costs
