As our Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing the daily operations, managing cleaning teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the company director to shape our growth strategy while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Oversee daily cleaning operations across all commercial and residential contracts.
Recruit, train, and manage team leaders, site supervisors, and cleaning operatives.
Develop staff rotas, manage site allocations, and ensure shift coverage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement quality control processes and conduct regular site inspections.
Manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure service satisfaction.
Monitor budgets and resource allocation, reporting on performance and KPIs.
Lead the operational scaling of the business in line with growth plans.
Develop projections and plans for the next 5 years on how the company can expand its business.
Proven experience (10+ years) in an operations or facilities management role, preferably within the cleaning or service industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations in cleaning/facilities.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
Proficiency with scheduling tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications:

RQF Level 5–6 (or international equivalent) in Business, Facilities Management, or Operations is desirable.
Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
