We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically overseeing operations across various departments, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine operational processes to unlock efficiencies and significantly enhance organizational performance.
• Dynamic Team Leadership: Inspire and empower teams to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance and support that fosters high levels of motivation and collaboration.
• Strategic Budget Management: Proactively manage finances and budgets, utilizing advanced forecasting and financial planning techniques to ensure sustainable growth.
• Insightful Reporting: Develop and deliver insightful performance reports to senior management, equipping them with the data needed for informed decision-making.
• Excellence in Quality Control: Commit to the highest quality standards and implement innovative strategies to enhance product or service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Robust Supply Chain Management: Streamline logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
• Effective Project Management: Lead key projects with precision and a focus on aligning every initiative with overarching business goals to drive success.
• Rigorous Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the organization’s integrity and reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar Operations Manager role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Knowledge of quality management systems and performance improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles
• Strong understanding of business operations and strategy
