About the Role

Retail is ever-changing. As we transform our stores for the future and expand our online proposition to meet increasing customer demand, we are seeking customer-focused leaders to drive service excellence across both store and online operations. Our Operations Managers are crucial for executing our strategy and are responsible for leadership and profitability of online operations, the food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining high operational standards, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for both in-store and online customers. You will work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and late nights, and at times be solely responsible for the store, overseeing all operations.

About You

You will have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and working in fast-paced environments. You should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of executing plans effectively. An engaging leadership style, strong coaching skills, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. Excellent communication skills and flexibility in approach are also required.
