A leading environmental services provider in Hull seeks an Operations Manager to oversee site operations, improve safety culture, and ensure compliance with environmental standards. You will support the Site Manager in achieving profitability and leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Essential requirements include COTC Level 4 and experience in managing budgets.

A quick look at the role.
Based at our green energy site in Hull, you’ll support the Site Manager in driving profitability and growing our recovery and treatment operations, all while meeting company standards, EQHS guidelines and licence/permit conditions. You’ll take charge of the day-to-day running of the facility, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure safe, efficient plant operations. A key part of the role will be boosting morale, strengthening our safety culture and positioning the site to meet future demands.
