Job summary

Rehlko (formerly WB Power Services) is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the North West region (Manchester) to lead engineering, workshop, hire, transport and administration across depots, ensuring contractual obligations, safety standards and customer expectations are exceeded.

You will drive planning, reporting, and profitability while developing teams and improving depot performance. A proactive, coaching leadership style is essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of depots across your assigned region.
• Provide leadership to engineering, transport, workshop, administration, and hire teams.
• Take ownership of all regional administration, ensuring accurate contract management, invoicing, documentation, and reporting.
• Drive operational excellence through effective planning, communication, and performance management.
• Ensure all customer contractual obligations and service levels are achieved.
• Improve fleet availability through effective workshop planning and engineering resource management.
• Maximise fleet utilisation while protecting asset condition and presentation.
• Develop depot teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance management.
• Review operational KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
• Ensure all equipment leaving the depot meets company quality standards.
• Lead customer escalations and operational reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.
