Love organising, problem-solving and making sure everything runs like clockwork? This could be the role for you!
Chubby Bear is an exciting face-to-face sales agency with a small but highly driven team.
We specialise in creating tailored direct-to-consumer campaigns designed around each brand’s individual identity. Our mission is to help brands enter and grow within the DTC space while minimising risk and maximising results.
From smaller test campaigns through to large-scale national operations, we build, refine and adapt campaigns based on performance. With a growing team of sales agents across the UK, we focus on driving measurable customer acquisition and building passionate, informed customer bases for the brands we represent.
At Chubby Bear Sales & Marketing, we’re on the hunt for a super-organised, proactive and people-focused Operations Manager to help keep our nationwide events operation running smoothly!
We’re talking 10–20 event stands every week, across the UK, with a brilliant team of salespeople, logistics drivers and event organisers all needing to be in the right place, at the right time, with the right equipment.
And that’s where you come in!
Think part Logistics Manager, part Team Leader, part Master Problem‑Solver
You’ll be the person making sure everything from gazebos and equipment to travel, accommodation and event information is organised, communicated and ready to go.
Your mission? Make every events week run like a well‑oiled machine!
Making events happen – Coordinating our outsourced logistics drivers and teams to set up and pack down 10–20 event stands each week across the UK.
Keeping our kit in check – Managing, tracking and maintaining our gazebos, stands and event materials across multiple UK storage locations.
Sorting the travel & stays – Booking accommodation and helping coordinate travel arrangements for our sales team.
Keeping everyone in the loop – Making sure the team has their event tickets, accommodation details, start/finish times and everything else they need, well ahead of time.
Being the go‑to problem solver – Communicating with event organisers, drivers and sales teams in real time to keep everything on track (and sorting out the occasional curveball!).
Working as a team – Collaborating closely with our lovely Events Booker and Head BA to turn event bookings and communications into seamless operations.
Keeping the wheels turning – Accurately scheduling events and maintaining up‑to‑date information in our Liveforce workforce management system.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone who’s done this exact job before. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, initiative and organisational skills to absolutely own it!
Organisation is your superpower – You can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
You’re a brilliant communicator – Confident dealing with different personalities, from salespeople to logistics teams and event organisers.
You think on your feet – Problems don’t faze you. You’re the sort of person who finds solutions, not excuses.
You’re proactive and take ownership – You don’t need someone chasing you to get things done.
You’re comfortable working on your own – with remote working a lot of the work will be behind your laptop at home.
If you’re a natural organiser, love working with people and get a kick out of making the seemingly impossible run seamlessly, we’d love to hear from you!
