• Previous experience as a manager, preferably General Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest experience and team building.
• Experience in food and beverage management preferred.

What will I do?

You will be a strong operational leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel across multiple departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house, amongst others. You’ll be an engaging manager, a natural at building strong relationships, working closely with the Heads of Departments to ensure guest experience is prioritized!

Is this the role for me?

• Previous experience as a manager – either a General Manager within a smaller property or an experienced Operations Manager with an F&B bias seeking future development
• People management experience
• Commercially astute
