Remote - principally home-based with occasional travel to Wise Group hubs

£37,500 - £42,000

In this role, you will:

  • Drive performance and outcomes, ensuring delivery is consistent, effective, and at scale
  • Lead teams through transformation, maintaining focus, pace, and engagement
  • Strengthen governance and quality assurance to safeguard delivery
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and impact
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
