A fast-growing serviced accommodation company in the North East seeks an Operations/General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards. This role offers a dynamic environment with flexible working options while contributing to business growth and improving guest experiences.
Operations/General Manager
GBP28,000 GBP30,000 + performance-based bonus
Hybrid (North East) Full-time (40 hrs/week over 5 days)
Flexible hours - 8am - 7pm 40hr per week. With the option of working 5 days over 6 (eg. work a Saturday instead of a Wednesday on week) Training & development Holidays + perks
